MOSCOW, Feb 16 (PRIME) -- TikTok has started the process of opening of a local office in Russia to comply with the country’s law, GR Director in East Europe Sergei Sokolov said on Wednesday.
“We will execute the requirement to open a local office. We’ve already launched this process and will set up a legal entity,” Sokolov said.
He added that the process turned out to take more time and TikTok’s Singapore-based headquarters would be thankful for more time to obey the law.
